The ceremony of awarding the winners of the regional competition "Exporter of the Year of the Vladimir Region-2019"

On September 16, 2020, the ceremony of awarding the winners of the regional competition "Exporter of the Year of the Vladimir Region-2019" was held at the White House. About 50 Vladimir companies - small and medium-sized businesses - submitted applications for the competition. The biggest competition was among industrial enterprises - 35 companies participated in the competition.

The first place in the nomination "Exporter of the Year in the Industry" was taken by Kovrovskoe LLC "Novy Resource".

The company is engaged in the production of plywood. The export share of the enterprise is not less than 95% of the total output. Last year alone, Novy Resource signed nine contracts with foreign partners for 39 million euros. LLC "New Resource" supplies its products to Germany, France, Great Britain, USA, Italy, Czech Republic, Poland, Belgium, Egypt, to the countries of South-East Asia. Among the customers of Novy Resurs are such auto giants as BMW and Mercedes, world leaders in the production of electrical cable products, floor coverings and packaging. As Vadim Shmakov, the general director of Novy Resource, noted, the share of the company's success falls on the Export Support Center, thanks to its cooperation with which Novy Resource has concluded several lucrative contracts through electronic trading platforms.

The winners were announced back in April, but it was only now possible to present them with awards due to the coronavirus epidemic.
